To improve DEI in obstetrics and gynecology, better education and training is needed as well as implementations to achieve a more diverse and inclusive workforce. This issue, the first on this topic in Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinics, looks at different types of conditions and care among communities of color, while also providing important information on how to address DEI in the workforce (namely in Ob/Gyn residencies), providing current information that can be implemented in clinical practice.
